I know life can be full of many things including the stress around the pressure of paying bills, money, kids, careers, relationships, body image and after all these things, trying to make space for yourself. I understand it can be tough.

This is why I have created this 6-week group experience, where together we can all create the space that’s needed to be nurtured and nourished. HELLO!! YUM.
The Gentle Reset is your permission slip to start doing things that make you feel nurtured, alive and radiant as a woman because you deserve it.

Over the 6 weeks, we will explore feminine energetics, rituals and practises that can bring you deep nourishment, rejuvenation and connection with yourself and life.
We will be weaving our way through the feminine energetics and points to support you in feeling more connected with yourself, your heart, your aliveness, your stillness, your beauty and pleasure. As well as activating your creative essence.

Trust is a foundational pice that is required for the feminine journey and mystery. Trust of your body, trust of spirit, your intuition, your ability to honour your boundaries. Through this exploration of trust, we will look at all the ways you struggle to trust and what you can do to shift that into a stat of deep trust.

NURTURE + NATURE
Nature will always nurture you and here we are working with two key pieces. Your ability to truly nurture yourself and be nurtured and your relationship with nature - the divine mother.

GRATITUDE
Its essential to be in gratitude for all that you are and all that you have as you are on your way to embody, open and receive even more. Gratitude is the key that opens so much and its here we start to step into embodied gratitude that is much deeper than just thinking. We will clear anything blocking you from being able to deeply feel this in your own body.

LOVE
We will be clearing any blocks that stop you from being in unconditional love and acceptance with yourself. Love is who you are and when you can come home to this knowing and remembrance, it makes loving yourself much easier.

We will look at your relationship with pleasure. Pleasure for life. Play. We will be activating your pleasure so you can be magnetic and start attracting your dreams as well as feeling good each day.

Why are you here? Lets start to tap into that and build on last week to cultivate your creative energy and allow this to flow in your life. You get to create your day, each moment and what you want to create in this world. Maybe its motherhood, creating a business, making art. Whatever it is you get to do it from this powerful energy as the creator.

You will receive 6 X 1.5 hour group online experiences where we will work through each of the feminine energetics, emotional clear any blocks and support you in really being able to start to embody this in a new way.

You will receive practises and feminine rituals to support your journey

The sessions will be recorded and sent out to you if you cant attend live. The clearings are powerful even if you are not live.

$550 payment up front includes all 6 group sessions via zoom.
Payment Plan
$300 X 2 Payments fortnightly includes all 6 group sessions via zoom.
